Can paylsip be sent by email?
Yes, payslip can be sent by email.
Important Note:
User must have done some settings to make this function available.
a) Employee's email address must has been updated in Employee Management -> Employee -> Edit -> Personal Info ->Contact Information Section. (#Ref# Personal Info#Ref#)
b) Email Payslip must be 'Yes' under Admin Management -> Manage Company Information -> Edit -> Perferences Setup -> Payslip Section. (#Ref#How to Add New Company?#Ref#)
c) Company's email settings must has been updated in Admin Management -> Manage Company Information -> Edit -> Email Setup. (#Ref#How to Add New Company?#Ref#)
1. Payroll Management -> Print Payroll
2. Select 'Year' and 'Month'.
3. Click Green Button. System will show the below image.

4. Select the employees to send payslip by email.
5. Click 'Email Selected Payslip for -'.
