Family Info - SMEAPP

Family Info
To add family info click Add Family Information.
Fill in the following fields:

1.	Name	: Name of the family member
2.	Relationship	: Relation with the family member
3.	Date of Birth	: Date of birth of the family member
4.	Date of Marriage	: Date of marriage of the family member
5.	Sex	: Sex of the family member
6.	Phone	: Phone number of the family member
7.	ID No.	: Identification Number of the family member { NRIC / FIN / etc}
8.	Status	: Status of the family member {Singaporean / Non- Singaporean}

Once the above information is entered click on add button to save the information.
Note: Family information is required to calculate child care leave eligibility.
