How to Assign Rights?

Step 1:
Go to Admin Management -> Manage Security. System's created 3 groups and users are allowed to create their own group. 
'Super Admin' group has access to all function and cannot make amendments. 'Employee' and 'HR' groups are for the user's decision.
To assign the rights to 'Employee' group, click 'Rights'. Users will see the rights to be assign by module in the left column.




Step 2:
Reminder Page shows all the alerts and reminders which will be seen in the main page. Check the boxes to assign rights to this Employee group.




Step 3:

Below image is example settings for Leave module. Since this is for Employee group, we are not giving the rights to Approve or Reject.




Step 4:
Below image is example settings for Payroll module. Since this is for Employee group, we will let them print only their own payslip.



Step 5:
After assigning the rights according to the company's structure, click 'Save'.
