How to termination an employee?

To terminate an active employees, go to employee management - Click on Employee



By default the employee management form shows only active employees.
Click on the pencil icon {Edit} corresponding to the employee the user needs to make changes for.

  1. Go to Job Info Tab

  2. Enter the Termination Date
  3. Enter the termination reason if any {optional}

Once an employee is terminated, the employee will not be avialble in the Leave, claims or other modules.
